Drawn to the Light is a contemporary design with a feeling of grandeur more akin to traditional chandeliers. Pure white bone china forms ‘float’ around the light source, casting enchanting shadows. The natural translucency of bone china accentuates the form and surface pattern of these delicate pieces. Designed by Dominic Bromley for Scabetti, the work was launched in September 2004. In 2006, Drawn to the Light was released to stunning effect in black china, wood, sapphire blue glass, and larger bespoke cluster sizes.
