September 2010 Launch

Motivated by exciting possibilities for large scale installations the Drawn to the Light china form has been re-sculpted to a larger 180mm diameter scale. Launched at 100%Design London 2010, a 2m tall sculptural arrangement sees 150 fine bone china forms surrounding their central light source in a striking diamond shaped composition. As with all the Bromley’s work in fine bone china, each form, true to its original sculpt, is hand cast in the Stoke-on Trent Potteries in the heart of England. The design of the china form and the way each tessellates with its neighbour, allows Scabetti to create clusters in a variety of formats. An exciting development for those charged with finding that ultimate statement piece for their interior.
