Drawn to the Light is a contemporary design with a feeling of grandeur more akin to traditional chandeliers. Pure white bone china forms ‘float’ around the light source, casting enchanting shadows. The natural translucency of bone china accentuates the form and surface pattern of these delicate pieces. The work was launched in September 2004 and is now available, to stunning effect, in black china, coloured glass, and larger bespoke cluster sizes. Drawn to the Light is made by hand, to order, in England.
