Shoal - Stainless Steel

In March 2014, Scabetti installed a 5m (16ft 4") diameter, stainless steel Shoal above the bar in the recently renovated Mercure Hotel, Amsterdam. A modern, riverside hotel, the Mecure in Amsterdam City boasts a dynamic bar and restaurant space within which this steel Shoal circles the cocktail bar.
